O!Play Mini From Asus: A Micro Version of O!Play Media Player - - Expected to Go on Sale in Early 2011 for Just $90

After the remarkable success of O!Play media player, Asus has now come out with a smaller version of the device – the O!Play Mini. The company has crafted this tiny media player with good features that we spotted in the older version.


 O!Play Mini, a smaller version of successful O!Play media player, launched by  ASUS. The company has collected good features in this tiny media player that were spotted in the older version.

The O!Play Mini weighs just 175g and comes with the capacity to playback 1080p HD videos. The company has incorporated an SD/MMC/MS/XD card reader into the device for reading the media files. It also gets a USB 2.0 port for better connectivity options.

O!Play Mini offers support for the playback of wide range of video formats. The Mini music device extends support for the playback of video formats that includes MP4, MOV, XVID, AVI, ASF, WMV, MKV and FLAC.

The HDMI 1.3 output helps the device to be connected with the HDTV. It will be interesting for the customers to know that the O!Play Mini is brought with 7.1 channel Dolby Digital audio, AC3, DTS 2.0+, True HD and DTS-HD sound.

Coming with a heap of supported file formats and excellent audio technologies, the O!Play Mini is expected to have a great run in the market. The O!Play Mini will go on sale early in 2011, and it is expected to retail for around $90.
